"But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called ‘Today,’so that none of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin." The Holy Spirit encourages us today, by the pen of the writer to the Hebrews, to encourage one another while the day is still called “today.” This advice is good for us as well. Those of us who congregate in a house of worship and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ need to encourage one another daily. We need to keep the love and grace of our Lord in our minds and in our hearts, and should call one another now and then to give a word of encouragement, to ask for a word of prayer, or just to say "hello.” Our walk in the Lord is a beautiful walk: Peace of mind, sweet sleep, and the joy and contentment of knowing Him. Those are the times when that phone call from a brother or sister in Christ can help us deal with whatever problem we are facing. We, ourselves, can call someone and talk about it. The point is: We have a large number of friends and brethren we can lean on for spiritual support when we need it. Father, we thank you today for your love and for each and every one that your Holy Spirit has brought to the cross of Calvary. Thank you for the wonderful provision that we have in the person of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, in whose name we praise You today, Amen. Have a great day. We love you all, Daniel Leal.
